Next year I will be undertaking the Phonar Module. It’s a free open class which is run by Jonathan Worth, exploring Narrative within photography.
The task for this year is slightly different years before, it involves a project called “Photography for your ears”. We will be exploring a subject area of our choice, in groups or as individuals, and producing a photography radio show, containing interviews & research. It also has to have visual elements so that it covers both visual and audio platforms.
My first job is decided wether I want to work alone or in a group, my instincts say in a group because there are very few people who run a radio show by themselves and there is a reason for that, mainly because the amount of work and multi tasking, and also keeping audience engaged with different opinions and view points. Secondly is to decide on a subject area within Narrative we want to explore.
